Job Description: AES is seeking a Remote Accountant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate level position, the Remote Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working in accounting and must possess a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare financial statements and reports for clients. 2. Analyze financial data and provide insights to help clients make informed decisions. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 4. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. 5. Collaborate with clients to develop financial strategies that align with their business goals. 6. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. 7. Work effectively in a remote work environment. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. CPA or CA certification preferred. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting. 4. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero. 5.
