As a foundational member of our remote team, you will employ your extensive experience and skills to strategically support our clients, build long-lasting relationships, and drive overall account performance. ### Key Responsibilities: - **Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, address any queries, and anticipate potential challenges. - **Account Strategy Development:** Develop a comprehensive account strategy that aligns with client objectives and Staples' goals, providing insights and recommendations to optimize service delivery and increase customer satisfaction. - **Project Management:** Oversee the planning and execution of various client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources effectively. - **Decision-Making:** Utilize strong decision-making skills to resolve client issues quickly and effectively, employing analytical thinking to assess resources and needs. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure holistic account support and to facilitate the smooth operation of services provided to clients. - **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor account performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to analyze areas for improvement. Develop performance reports and present findings to stakeholders. - **Training & Development:** Actively participate in the training and professional development program provided by Staples, sharing knowledge and best practices with junior team members and new hires as necessary. - **Feedback & Enhancement:** Collect and analyze client feedback for insights into customer needs, which will guide continual improvement initiatives and service enhancements. - **Fostering Transparency:** Promote a company culture of transparency and open dialogue to facilitate effective communication across the organization, ensuring that feedback is constructive and actionable. ### Requirements: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred. - **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering exceptional customer service. - **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
