Ingredion, a leading global ingredient solutions provider, is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This full-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the account management team.
Your duties will include managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
You will also assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and dedicated, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Critical thinking skills are essential for solving complex problems and handling customer issues effectively.
