Flexible hours and days of the week Training provided – Online and instore First Aid Certificate Relief Shop Manager Auckland stores: North shore – Wairau, Henderson, Browns Bay, Orewa and K Road Job Type: Casual. In this role you will be responsible for: Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures; Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and resolving any issues or concerns; Coordinating and Training Volunteer Staff; Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including balancing cash registers at the end of each shift; Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. We encourage you to apply for this role if you have (at least some of) these skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of team; Flexibility to work varying shifts; Experience/interest in working with volunteers; Second hand retail/fashion experience would be an advantage; Able to accept and process donations in a timely manner; Ensuring all goods are priced with in the Price guidelines; Have the ability to train coach others - staff and volunteers; Ensuring all goods are priced with in the Price guidelines.
