They are constantly striving to deliver better customer experiences through innovation, and are now seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead to join them on a fixed-term basis to assist with delivering an incredible programme of work.Your Role:As a Delivery Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all outcomes meet the set programme milestones. You will be responsible for identifying and managing any risks or dependencies, managing sprint outcomes and reporting, as well as motivating teams and removing impediments.Your Fit:You'll be a motivated and organised Delivery Lead with a minimum 5 years' experience, and the proven ability to execute at pace. You must have previously worked across data migration projects or programmes, both in Agile and Waterfall environments. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and your excellent interpersonal skills will enable effective team collaboration and stakeholder management.
