We are looking for a Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. Apex Advice is an experienced and fast-growing financial advisory firm with a national footprint. We provide financial advice to individuals and small businesses with a focus on mortgages, investments, KiwiSaver, and insurance. Our head office is in Mt Eden Auckland, with regional offices in Tauranga, Hamilton, Hawkes Bay, Te Awamutu and Christchurch.

Overview of the role:
The Relationship Specialist Team sits at the heart of the organisation and is responsible for integrating new clients into the business, helping support existing clients in policy renewals, and generating new opportunities for Advisers.
Role Requirements:
Conduct daily outbound calls to existing clients, plus follow up on referred leads where applicable.
Liaise with financial advisers to arrange appointments and meetings with clients.
Assess client opportunities for adviser referral and provide effective handover of opportunity.
Update client records to reflect accurate current details in the database.
All reporting requirements to be met on a timely basis as and when required.
All entries into CRM and other computer systems are completed as required and the integrity of all systems is maintained.

Person Requirements:
Excellent written communication and phone-based skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce platforms advantageous.
Ability to work accurately and at speed.
Excellent Microsoft Office capability.
Experience in sales or the finance industry is beneficial.
Benefits: In addition to your salary, you will have access to a fortnightly bonus system, payable on achieving set targets.
A clean credit check and police check will be required. All applicants need to hold NZ citizenship, NZ permanent residency or NZ residency, or hold a valid NZ work visa with a validity of 12 months or longer, that does not require sponsorship.
