Fluid Legal Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Saunders & Co, as we undertake a search for an experienced and passionate Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to complement a highly accomplished Relationship Property and Family team.
Saunders & Co are a full-service Christchurch firm with both a CBD office and three suburban branches where they service a broad range of clients, ranging from private individuals and families through to large companies, statutory bodies and local iwi.
About this role
This is an exciting opportunity that has arisen due to an influx of work for a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor level lawyer (2-3 years PQE) to support partner Nicholas Burley as he continues to upskill and develop the wider team.
It's essential to have a demonstrable background in drafting and advising on contracting our agreements, relationship property issues, separation agreements, domestic violence and protection orders plus more. You will achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation. Previous experience from the Family Court will be ideal for this role.
This is very much a hands-on and technical role for someone who is truly passionate about Relationship Property and Family Law!
