Position Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager (Retirement Planner) to assist New Zealanders in managing their retirement finances and shifting the focus from saving to strategic spending. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working within the Sales and Marketing team, you'll serve as the vital link between Lifetime, our clients, and advisers. This role will enable you to shape clients' retirement journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Personalised Planning: Develop tailored retirement plans for clients aged 60+ using Lifetime's products.
Support Advisers: Serve as a trusted resource for advisers, providing guidance on Lifetime's product suite.
Engage Clients: Promptly manage and respond to client queries to uphold our high service standards.
Lead to Completion: Guide clients/advisers from initial enquiry to application completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
Experience
Qualifications: Level 5 Financial Advice (investments) or equivalent; additional qualifications in retirement planning are advantageous.
Experience: 3–5 years in financial advising, ideally within retirement planning, wealth management, or investment advice.
Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, strong client relationship management skills, and excellent organisational abilities.
Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and a proactive problem-solver.
