General Practice Services Leader - Primary Care Relationship Role, Registered Nurse 1.0FTE, Whangarei Guide and grow a team supporting general practice and primary care providers across Northland. As an experienced RN, you will use your knowledge and skills to support general practice to improve quality of care, access to services, improve capability, and delivery of primary healthcare services for our Tai Tokerau population. You will lead a small team of practice facilitators and education coordination. Mahitahi Hauora is Northland's largest primary health organisation underpinned by Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Our purpose is to advocate for, support and deliver equitable primary and community healthcare. About our Role As a relationship-driven role, we need someone passionate about primary healthcare, keen to make a difference, and who is a supportive leader of a team. As a confident and experienced RN, you will lead existing programs, support the implementation of new initiatives through general practice, and provide leadership and guidance to a variety of areas. You should be familiar with change methodology, quality improvement methods, and be driven to enhance service delivery to our enrolled population.
