Reporting to a Regional Manager, this role will ensure that exceptional home and community-based services are delivered to our customers across the wider Bay of Plenty region.
This role will be working 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with an ideal start date of January.Responsibilities include:Working closely with your manager and the Service Centre to deliver new and enhanced service product offerings to our customersBuilding strong relationships with local funders (DHB's and ACC, amongst others), Iwi, primary care practices, community representatives and other stakeholdersCollaborating with internal stakeholders, to ensure quality client-centric services are delivered within your area, and the appropriate workforce recruited to meet customer requirements and funder obligationsActively working to improve the financial performance for Bay of PlentyWhat you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turangaYour passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for customers and stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
Ideally you will have proven experience in leading the delivery of clinical services/products, however, service delivery or relationship management experience in another sector will be considered.
Excellent commercial skills, sound judgement and a resilient attitude are key.Experience in a service delivery or relationship role, preferably within the health/disability or community services sectorsExperience in leading the delivery of clinical services and productsA passion and expertise for working collaboratively and developing skills in othersExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and highly developed emotional intelligenceAn Understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and how these can be appliedA love of problem solving combined with resilience to cope with the unexpected or difficultExcellent planning and organisational skills, with project management experienceSound judgement and a high level of integrityA Full clean Drivers Licence HealthCare NZ is part of the New Zealand Health Group.
