Relationship Associate

We are one of the largest finance companies operating in the New Zealand market.We are currently looking for an experienced Relationship Associate to join our Southern Sales team based at Nelson.Primary Role:Responsible for supporting and working alongside the UDC Commercial team in growing new and existing customer relationships by assisting with new credit submissions, completing annual reviews, proactive calling of existing and prospective new customers.The RA will develop credit and sales skills and within 12 months of role commencement, may manage customer accounts directly (at Commercial Manager and Regional Managers discretion).Responsibilities:Identify and secure new business opportunitiesAssist in the achievement of growth targets and a structured calling programme for the portfolios supportedPreparation of credit reviews and UDC documentationYour experience:Experience in developing relationships in a customer delivery roleExperience working with financial accounts is preferredSound negotiation skillsWe are proud of our heritage, but focused on future growth alongside our customers' success.
