In this role, you would have the opportunity to: Look after a portfolio catering to agri clients Manage an active and effective campaign increasing cross sales to existing customers Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer's industry and associated markets Work collaboratively and support other internal work functions, stakeholders, and product partners Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues Role Location: Hastings Role Type: Permanent, Full Time Ou Pukenga? - What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Background or experience within the agri/rural sector Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen is preferred but not essential Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essential Prior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experience Excellent communication skills both written and oral Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise Experience in the banking industry is advantageous, but not a requirement You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
