As a Regional Council, we're responsible for flood protection, public transport, civil defence, and more.
You'll provide essential financial support to the Consent section within the organisation.
Ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of our regulatory functions will be key to your success.
Your work will be in alignment with legislative requirements, Council strategies, and policies.
You're a proactive and professional individual with a problem-solving attitude, ready to thrive in a busy environment.
A meticulous eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and outstanding communication abilities are essential.
More about you: Sound knowledge of the Resource Management Act and legislation.3 years of experience in a finance administrative role.A proactive and professional approach.A highly detailed and methodical work method.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.Coordination of processes, systems, documentation, and information from both internal and external customers.A great sense of humour, a positive approach, and a willingness to learn.Our values underpin everything we do.
