About this role
We have an opportunity for an Administration superstar to join our Regulatory Service Support team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday in our Ngaaruawaahia office. We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to join an experienced team of dedicated administrators providing support across the Regulatory Services teams in Animal Control, Environmental Health and Monitoring and Compliance.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for providing core regulatory compliance administrative support to customers and staff alike. This includes providing semi-technical support, invoicing, credit control, processing, tracking administrative tasks associated with service requests, applications, dog registrations, infringements and supporting District Licensing hearings. You will have a keen eye for detail to support responding to customer enquiries, the ability to multi-task and remain focused in a busy and challenging environment and have fun along the way with a great team.

Previous experience in an administration role.
