Te aheinga - The opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regulatory Service Support Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions within the regulatory services department. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting the efficient delivery of services to our community.
Day to day team coordination for the support services teamProvide effective and efficient application lodgementProvide minor application processing servicesEnsure that all applications include all relevant information to guarantee the applications are processed effectively and in a timely mannerReceive applications and ensure they are assessed on adequacy for acceptance; then accepted or rejected in a timely and customer centric mannerActively ensure that good employer obligations and legislative requirements are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislationA tertiary qualification is preferredExperience working in a customer or administrative role is preferredExperience working in a regulatory environment or the building industryKnowledge of relevant Regulatory Services Acts and other relevant legislationHe aha ai a Taranaki? - Why Taranaki?
