Legal Executive

We are seeking a full-time Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with one of our experienced commercial/property Partners.Responsibilities:Assist the commercial Partner in managing a diverse range of commercial and property transactions including, conveyancing, subdivisions, business, trust, and estate planning matters.Handle subdivision files, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.Conduct research, prepare legal documents and provide general support to the commercial Partner where required. Requirements:Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and proceduresExcellent communication, organisation, and time management skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamProficient in MS Office Suite and/or knowledge of legal practice software The Nicholsons culture encourages and supports its staff to achieve excellence.
