We're on the lookout for an experienced administrator to support our Regulatory Team.You are great with customers and enjoy assisting them with their enquiries. You're also highly organised and detail oriented.This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator to hit the ground running, or someone with a customer services background looking to take the next step in their career.This is a full-time permanent role and based at our Marton Offices.Au ake mahi | What you will doReceipting, logging, circulating and issuing all incoming consentsAllocate, book inspections, and provide booking inspection reports as requiredAccepting and processing Lim ApplicationsDog registration, liquor licensing and Environmental health administrationProvide back up support to the Senior Regulatory OfficerMonitor the RFS (Request for Service) system within the Regulatory areaNga tohu me nga wheako | What you will bringExperience in administrationProficient in managing and implementing databasesAbility to set and meet appropriate standards and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish working relationshipsStrong computer skills including both literacy and competency in the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new technology and softwareHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailThe closing date for this role is 5.00pm on Sunday 20 October 2024, however applications will be reviewed and progressed as they come in, so get in early!For any enquiries about this role please contact Derek Dykstra – Team Leader Building Consent Authority at ****** wai matou | Who are weHe oranga Whenua, He oranga Tangata, He oranga Wairua.
