We are looking for a full-time Registry Officer and Student Services Support. This is a varied job in a supportive and fun team.
The successful candidate would have the following skills and attributes:
Team player, respectful and able to work proactively.
Enjoys a busy environment but can appreciate team banter.
Strong people and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with the Site Manager and Tutors.
Intuitive and able to work well with management, senior management, and support staff.
Ideally, background knowledge about TEC (Tertiary Education Commission) and NZQA.
Able to follow QMS (Quality Management System) and processes.
Curious and has ideas on how to improve systems.
Contributes towards team outcomes, growth, and morale.
Ability to work as part of a whanau/team.
Able to work unsupervised and go the extra mile.
Planning, administration, and organizational skills.
Can meet company deadlines and submit error-free reports.
Ability to be flexible and responsive to the organization's needs.
Clean driver's license (preferably full class 1).
Ability to work positively under pressure.
Intermediate Excel and Office Products experience.
Data entry with high accuracy.
Administration and/or registry qualification or experience is preferred.
Ability to prioritize and a good eye for detail.
Ability to support compliance activities.
Willingness to attend hui/meetings and celebrations when required.
Ability to positively represent the organization (Solomon Group, Treehouse, and NZ Welding Trades and Services) with students/staff and stakeholders.
Clean Police Check.
