Our client is seeking Registered Nurses specialising in cardiac care to join their Operating Theatre team. This pivotal role is centred in their state-of-the-art Cardiac Theatre, where cutting-edge procedures are the norm. You will be instrumental in providing top-tier care and support during complex cardiac surgeries, which are critical to patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Direct Patient Care: Administer pre-operative and post-operative care to cardiac surgery patients, ensuring all clinical needs are met with precision and empathy. Surgical Assistance: Actively assist surgeons during cardiac procedures, ensuring efficient and safe surgical workflows. Patient Monitoring: Closely monitor patient vitals and surgical parameters during operations, utilizing advanced medical technology to deliver exceptional care. Clinical Decision-Making: Collaborate with the surgical team to make informed clinical decisions, responding swiftly to emergent situations to ensure optimal patient safety. Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance quality standards within the theatre, participating in audits and compliance checks to uphold excellence in all aspects of care.
