Registered Nurses Intensive Care/Coronary Care Nelson Marlborough District Health Board – Nelson Permanent positions 0.5 FTE (40 hrs/fortnight) up to 1.0 FTE (80 hrs/fortnight) Please indicate your preferred FTE via your covering letter Bring your acute coronary care and/or intensive care nursing experience to sunny Nelson Great team focused on achieving optimum health outcomes for patients Join our motivated and enthusiastic workforce at Nelson Hospital's 8-bed Intensive and Coronary Care Unit.
Our unit provides care to patients receiving acute coronary care and critical care therapies.
We are keen to hear from enthusiastic Registered Nurses who are excited about the prospect of working in a multi-specialty area with supported clinical development.

(Who is an appropriate applicant?)
It is preferable that you have a minimum of two years of recent acute nursing, or significant ICU experience.
The role will involve full internal rotation onto night shifts.
You will have well-developed acute care clinical skills and will value working collaboratively as a proactive and supportive team member, focused on achieving optimum health outcomes for patients requiring Intensive Care services.
You will also demonstrate: Adaptability in a dynamic rapidly changing work environment.
Willingness to share professional knowledge and skills within the Intensive Care team.
