Post-registration experience in an acute care setting is required Interesting role with a diverse range of patients 0.7FTE (56 hours a fortnight) Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki tenei mahi (About this position) Ward 9 has a strong Orthopaedic, Gynaecology and Otolaryngology focus providing diverse opportunities across all specialties in an acute and elective environment. We practice in a collaborative patient partnership model of care to achieve best outcomes for our patients/families and whanau.
Shifts will be rostered across Monday to Sunday, AM, PM, mid-shifts and night shifts.
Ko wai he kaitono totika? (Who is an appropriate applicant?) You must be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current NZNC practising certificate and post-registration nursing experience in an acute care setting. You will also be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, have excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to quality.
