(Scope of Practice – Registered Nurse) The Opportunity We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join the team at STAR 4 Horowhenua Health Centre based in Levin, 45 minutes away from Palmerston North Hospital.
Hours of work are permanent 0.8FTE, working rostered shifts, including nights.

STAR 4 is a 20 bed rehabilitation ward for patients 16 years and over in the Horowhenua Health Centre, Levin, although most patients are over 65 years old. It is part of the MidCentral Healthy Ageing and Rehabilitation (HAR) Cluster based in Palmerston North and has links to the Community Elder Health Team. STAR 4 cares for a multitude of health consumers including palliative and end of life.
