Attention to Detail: Monitor residents' progress and administer medications accurately.
Communication Skills: Engage effectively with residents, their families, and the care team.
Professionalism: Maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and adhere to high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities Direct Patient Care: Administer medications and interventions.
Care Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans.
Health Monitoring: Document and respond to changes in residents' health.
Family Education: Inform families about health conditions and treatments.
Team Support: Provide guidance to care workers.
Requirements Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Full working rights in Australia and New Zealand.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compassionate approach to patient care.
National Police Check and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
