What you have to do Provide accurate nursing assessments of patients such as vaccinations, smear taking, and swabbing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
Engage and educate patients to enhance their wellbeing, with appropriate referral to other services
Attend CPD opportunities and trainings when needed
Form professional relationships with RN's, and GP's
Skills and Experience Registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council with a current APC
Prior experience as a Practice Nurse or Community Nurse is preferred
Vaccinator and smear-taking certificate preferred
The ability to work autonomously but also as a team
Knowledge of Medtec32 is also preferable
