This role offers you rewarding opportunity to work within adedicated multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate and comprehensiveservices to older patients with mental health conditions with a focus onwell-being and improving quality of life for our patients and their families. You will be available to work all shifts (morning, afternoon andnight shift) as rostered with no on-call duties, allowing you to maintain awork-life balance while making a meaningful contribution to patient care. The Older Persons - Mental Health Inpatient Unit, at AlexandraHospital in Richmond, provides psychiatric and geriatric care and support tothe older population of our community. We aim to provide high quality inpatientcare to patients with acute mental health needs and/or complex age-relatedhealth conditions. We work in partnership with our patients and their families toachieve the best possible health outcome for the patients.
