Roles are rostered and rotating and are based in the Maternity ward providing care to postnatal people and babies. Mo to matou ropu – About our team We are a busy, friendly unit and on average we provide primary and secondary maternity care to around 1800 pregnant people and their whanau a year and we are committed to providing high quality care to our community. Our unit functions much like an extended family, with work-life balance being extremely important. A bespoke orientation package is developed for all new team members and PDRP opportunities are available and supported. Mou – About you Ideally you should have experience working in a Maternity or neonatal setting and as we are a Baby Friendly Accredited unit, breastfeeding skills are an advantage.
