We are seeking two experienced Registered Nurses, one in Central Hawkes Bay and one in Hastings, who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.What You'll DoAs part of our community-based team, you will:Conduct thorough assessments, adapting treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of tangata whaiora and whanau.Use your clinical skills to anticipate challenges, identify early signs of concern, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Support tangata whaiora and whanau in navigating the impact of mental health conditions and integrating recovery strategies into their everyday lives.Take the lead in interventions, monitoring their effectiveness, and managing any potential side effects or complications.Build therapeutic, compassionate relationships that empower tangata whaiora to actively engage in their treatment.
