Join our Tauranga team as a Registered Nurse and make a difference for whanau. This is a permanent role, while our preference is for full time, we are open to hearing from those who might be looking for part-time hours (3 days a week min).
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Plunket Nurses provide clinical advice and answer questions to empower whanau to succeed and prosper in their journey raising tamariki. You will conduct top-to-toe checks to assess the development and growth of tamariki under 5s. Working both in-clinic and in homes you will collaborate and refer where appropriate to other Whanau Awhina Plunket services, agencies and specialists to ensure pepi who need additional care are linked with the correct support.
Pay rates for our Registered Nurses are between $62,911 ($31.84 per hour) and $90,099 ($45.60 per hour) depending on experience

We're interested in hearing from nurses who excel in engaging with clients who have complex needs, and work in a collaborative manner with others to navigate toward a positive outcome.
You will be a tech-savvy people-person, who can showcase their ability to deliver care in a culturally safe manner. A level of resilience is a must in this busy role, where we meet with whanau who are in the thick of raising young people and navigating the added challenges in a cost of living crisis.

To be successful in this role you will:
Be a Registered Nurse
Hold or be able to obtain an Annual Practicing Certificate
Hold a full or restricted clean NZ Drivers License
Be committed to completing Post Graduate Certificate in Well Child Tamariki ora (we will pay for this)
