This medium-sized facility is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team, providing care across their 51-bed facility providing Hospital, Dementia, and Rest Home care.
You will be supervising, leading, and guiding members of the team.
You will be a passionate RN that has genuine empathy for the elderly.

What you need to have: Flexibility with your working roster - 24/7 on a fortnightly rotation Experience in Aged Care, Palliative care, or Dementia is desirable, but not essential Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills Current registration with NZ Nursing Council and APC Clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
What you need to do: Build and foster relationships with each resident, respecting and ensuring their dignity, and focusing on their health and wellbeing.
Evaluate and maintain care plans to meet changing needs of residents.
Motivate, lead, and work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Participate in the induction of new ENs and HCAs, and assist with their ongoing training and education.
Clinical care including wound management and medication management.
