Registered Legal Exec / Senior Legal Secretary roleThis role will provide legal support to our Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance (HLRC) and CSL's lending team and will assist the HLRC with regulatory compliance.Key AccountabilitiesPreparing loan documentation and security instructions.Corresponding with clients' solicitors in relation to loan documentation and drawdowns.Undertaking security reviews (real and personal property) and preparing security reports for the Lending team, including LIM, Title, and Building Report reviews.Managing requests for security releases.Providing advice, and corresponding with clients, regarding loan defaults including issuing Property Law Act notices.
