Nelson Hospital Theatre Suite consists of 6 Operating Theatres with a Recovery Room, a Sterile Services department and Endoscopy suite.
We are a friendly and supportive team focusing on providing a caring and professional environment, delivering quality care and extended nursing practice.
Due to being casual positions, there are no guaranteed minimum hours. However, the more available you are, the more shifts you'll be offered.
Theatre shifts are rostered and rotating Sunday to Monday.

You will be a NZ Registered Nurse, or Enrolled Nurse, with a current APC and post-registration experience working with a multi-disciplinary perioperative team.
You will have a positive attitude, an innovative and adaptable approach to practice, excellent communication skills and a real commitment to providing quality patient-centred care.
You will also be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
