Our centre features two age-appropriate classrooms, each fostering Tuakana/teina relationships and engaged tamariki.
Our focus is empowering tamariki to direct their learning while ensuring they feel supported and safe.
Our diverse resources and age-appropriate materials are always utilised to encourage teachable moments and happy, learning-focused experiences.
Our ideal candidate will have: Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews A personality that builds and develops strong relationships with staff and parents/whanau An ECE or Primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive The ability to build and maintain responsive relationships with children and their whanau Excellent communication skills As part of the Busy Bees team, you can look forward to receiving: Full Pay Parity!
