Registered Architect/Senior Architectural Technician

As a Registered Architect, or Senior Architectural Technician working at Tilt Architecture, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion.
This includes concept and technical design/documentation, detailed 3D modelling, and contract administration.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Clients, Team members, Consultants, and Contractors, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ideally, you would bring: A relevant Tertiary qualification Five years + experience in developing high-quality BIM models and documentation A sound knowledge of New Zealand Building Code & Standards An enthusiastic and motivated attitude, with a positive and collaborative work ethic A drive to develop your skills Strong organisational and communication skills A good working knowledge of Revit The salary is negotiable to align with your skills and experience.
