A highly successful hospitality company is looking to add a (Remote) Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee their upscale portfolio of clients on the West Coast . This corporate dining group cultivates culinary rock stars from across the states and Europe to develop innovative, progressive, and sustainable creations for their teams and clients. In this role, you will provide hands-on oversight to a team of successful hospitality professionals who pride themselves on their upbeat culture.

Compensation: $275,000 - $300,000 (commensurate with experience) + large bonus (35%) & equity program ($135k potential), comprehensive health benefits, 401k with 6% match, PTO, and much more! This is a remote opportunity that will require up to 50% travel. Ideally, we are looking for someone who lives in a major metro in CA, OR, or NV.
Requirements:
10+ years of hospitality management experience preferably in rooms and food and beverage as a Senior Director or Vice President
Previous experience managing cross-functional teams within a regional portfolio Including human resources, sales & marketing, food & beverage, finance, and facilities management
Experience managing combined revenue of $200M+
Ability to lead operational excellence to deliver the highest customer service levels
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Evaluate new revenue streams and ways to improve profitability
Partner with indirect resources to leverage partnerships within the division
Develop new business opportunities to add to the current portfolio
Coach, mentor, and train regional management and direct reports
Participate in strategic planning sessions to improve operational excellence
Establish efficient metrics to ensure accountability across all teams
