This is a rare opportunity to join an established Internal Audit team that is recognised for setting high standards. Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor across your region and use your strong relationship and commercial skills to uphold best practice risk management and processes in our Farmers Stores. As a Regional Store Auditor, you will be: Influencing and motivating key stakeholders to achieve business standards Managing the delivery of audit projects against the Store Internal Audit Programme Providing coaching and consulting to the business to continuously improve audit results and support ad hoc initiatives Exposed to Support Office departments - including but not limited to Distribution, Merchandise and IT Key competencies important to us are the ability to: Build cooperative relationships with key stakeholders Identify business risks and operational efficiencies Embrace change and constructively challenge existing processes Communicate across all levels and positively impact situations Educate teams on the compliance standards and how they can modify practices to achieve these standards We are looking for someone who has: A proven track record in providing risk and control advice to business A willingness to travel nationally throughout South Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions Ability to work autonomously and to organise and prioritise your time effectively At Farmers, we pride ourselves on a high staff retention rate and the positive feedback we receive on our fantastic team culture.
