Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work alongside the Kia Sales team to support a range of dealers within the Kia dealer network to ensure both sales targets and customer satisfaction excellence targets are met.Duties will include:Systemic and structured regional visitation programManaging national inventory levelsAssist with vehicle order managementDaily contact with dealerships to maintain communication levelsMaintain a full understanding of sales operations, systems, products, and proceduresEnsure dealer adherence to Sales policiesResponsible for sales training systems and practicesSupport and promote Dealer specific finance (F&I) activitiesAssist with the procurement and processing of rental vehicle salesDealer monthly KPI reportingCRM (Autoplay) administrationDealer review and auditingREQUIREMENTSThe successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:A background in NZ Automotive industry (Wholesale or Retail) would be ideal but not essentialUnderstanding of Sales operationsSolid computer literacy skillsCompetent in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong communication skills and ability to presentAbility to negotiate to ensure successful target achievementAttention to DetailCustomer Service focusAbility to handle conflict situations and resolve problemsAbility to build good relationships with dealerships, service providers, and customersIN RETURNThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading automotive vehicle distributor in an exciting customer sales-oriented role.
