Regional Sales Manager: Beauty and Personal Care West Coast Regional Sales Manager
IMCD US currently has an opening for a Regional Sales Manager. This role is based on the West Coast.

Responsibilities: Sales Growth
Grow base business relative to sales budget.Develop sales team to achieve desired fiscal and non-financial results.Help the sales team develop prospects and business opportunities for all IMCD strategic principals.Review every principal's monthly sales and identify variances.Receive supplier's annual growth expectations and create action plans for the sales team.Track monthly performance of Account Managers and Region vs. Budgets & supplier plan.Read call reports for all account managers to stay informed of activity and offer advice on strategies.Manage special price requests from Account Managers.Oversee expenses of account managers.Review account managers quarterly for call strategy and growth opportunities. Communication and Administration: Keep principals' growth opportunity plans up to date.Guide TSR's Pre-call plan process for customer visits.Report Customer growth plans for internal business reviews.Ensure sales team understands internal contacts for technical support.Plan Quarterly Sales meetings with relevant agendas. Development:
Be technically competent in all Principals to coordinate the sales & technical team appropriately.
Logistics:
Communicate daily with SC, CS, and Pricing teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Marketing:
Work with IMCD Marketing Department on exhibitions and acquire market intelligence.
Skills: Extremely ambitious with a commitment to succeed.Ability to ask open-ended questions.Passionate about contributing to sales growth.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.5-7 years of sales management experience. Desired Qualifications: Technical degree.Experience in a fast-paced environment. Competencies: Business Acumen.Problem Solving/Analysis.Customer/Client Focus.Communication Proficiency.Teamwork Orientation. Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment:
This job operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel:
This position requires up to 50% travel, frequently outside the local area and overnight.
