Your role is to exceed monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store enhancement strategies are effectively delivered. We deliver exceptional experiences in store with our customers.A Team Developer: Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and feedback utilising our proven 90 day plan process. Support a culture of bench planning growth and development.Operationally Excellent: Deliver exceptional adherence to operational and people policies, procedures, systems and processes.
