Step into a leadership role as our new Regional Manager based in Tamaki Makaurau, where you'll drive the delivery of crucial services to whanau across Northland and the Waitemata district.

Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop up to 5 District Managers and 15 Service Managers (about 200 indirect reports) who oversee residential, mobile community, and day program services.Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, including your leadership team, service users and their whanau, local iwi, and the broader community.Ensure service excellence while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the sector.Report directly to the National Manager of Health and Disability, driving innovation and high-quality service delivery.Minimum Requirements:We are looking for someone with:
A tertiary qualification (minimum Level 7) in Health, Management, or related fields (e.g., Health Science, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Business Management).At least 5 years of leadership/management experience within mental health, addictions, or disability sectors.Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex people issues.Strong skills in team development and leadership, with proven experience in creating cohesive teams.Financial management expertise and experience in contract management.The ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Desirable Qualifications:Post Graduate Diploma or master's in business/health management or similar.Experience in the public health sector or general health.A network of health industry contacts.Benefits:Join our values-led service and enjoy:
