We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our Auckland based team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and motivating store teams and driving performance across 13 stores in the Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty regions.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate retail teams
A proven track record of being able to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
A hands-on approach with the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment
Strong relationship management and the skills to communicate effectively both internally and externally
The skill to lead store visual merchandising to deliver a great customer shopping experience
Experience in a similar multi-site role would be preferred
You will be an experienced retail manager with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. You will be happy to be hands on, capable of managing all aspects of store operations, and be passionate about driving sales through excellent customer experiences.
