Who You Are: You bring extensive leadership experience in managing diverse teams, coupled with strong relationship management skills, including networking, customer service, and an understanding of the end-user of training programs. You bring strong business acumen, well-developed facilitation and influencing skills, and exceptional communication abilities to convey information at all levels. A highly collaborative approach is crucial, as is being self-motivated and results-focused.Good knowledge of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and Te Ao Maori is highly desirable. Why This Role?
