Analysis & Reporting (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)PTS Logistics is looking for a seasoned Regional Manager to join our Executive Leadership team and mature the Auckland Region operations. You will take on responsibility for building a sustainable and high performing team to execute the business objectives and focus on the strategic development of the wider region. You will use your leadership skills to coach, influence, and support your team while mitigating conflict to build a collaborative and productive environment.Logistics never stops, and we need a manager who can deliver on our client expectations around the clock. As a key operations hub, you will play a critical role in driving and developing sustainable practices to ensure freight is successfully moved from the Port of Auckland to the backyards of our customers. We view this position as ideal for someone who is a confident leader with extensive experience managing a large and complex operation.
