As the Regional Manager House Assessing at Tower, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch property assessing services. You'll oversee large loss and complex claims, manage customer escalations with finesse, and mentor a team of dedicated Property Assessors. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement, integrating assessing into the claims process, and collaborating with fraud prevention teams. Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities: Oversee large loss and complex claims, ensuring accurate property damage assessments and internal property assessments. Manage customer escalations for internal and externally assessed claims. Ensure timely customer contact and quality assessment reports; handle customer escalations effectively and professionally. Lead and mentor a team of Property Assessors, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Property Assessing team, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement in processes and knowledge management. Integrate Property Assessing into the overall claims process. Support Claims division initiatives to achieve strategic goals. Collaborate with Fraud and Claims Leakage Team to minimize fraud. Manage relationships with external suppliers of property assessing and property services. What You'll Need A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading a Property Assessing team. Demonstrated experience in structural property repair procedures and standards, including the Building Act and Local Territory Government requirements. Experience in administration, cost control, and the preparation of assessing reports. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
