Regional Lead - Southern Are you an experienced leader in project management or technical services with a passion for driving growth and delivering high-quality results? We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on the newly created Southern Regional Lead role for an HVAC commissioning company servicing projects from Taupo through to Invercargill. About The Role The role of the Regional Lead (Southern) is to drive the growth and expansion of the Southern region covering from Lower North Island and South Island. In this role you will oversee and manage HVAC commissioning projects, your primary focus will be business development (50%), ensuring project delivery (30%), and managing day to day operations (20%). The role will report direct into the General Manager and managing approximately 6x Technicians/Engineers across Wellington, Christchurch & Dunedin. Regular travel will be expected, at least one week out of the month on the road. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Growth (50%):Primary contact for clients in the Southern region. Identifying new leads and business opportunities. Building strong relationships and driving revenue growth. Project & Resource Management (30%):Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee quality and project documentation process, ensuring that all commissioning reports, project updates, and technical documentation are accurately maintained and organised. Provide leadership to your team. Excellent financial management and planning abilities. Office, Business Operations & Health and Safety (20%):Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Southern office. Participate in senior leadership meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives. A dedication to maintaining safe work environments and adherance to all health and safety protocols. Assist in internal recruitment process and employee development. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in business development and growth roles, preferrably within the Engineering or Construction Industry. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build long term relationships.
