We are looking for a Regional Clinical Nurse Lead to provide strategic leadership and support across our nursing teams in Auckland. You will work closely with our Chief Nurse Officer and management teams to lead the continuous development of nursing services and ensure we provide high-quality patient care.

About the Position: This role is set to commence in January 2025. As the Regional Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and support for nursing teams across our clinics, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient care. Working alongside the cluster manager, charge nurses, and clinic staff, you will drive strategic initiatives, mentor nurses, and enhance clinical service delivery.
The position is 0.5 FTE, requiring on-call duties over the weekend, no more than once per month if needed. The role is based at our Christchurch Clinics, with flexibility to travel and commute within your assigned cluster.
