About the Role Our Invercargill branch is looking for a Regional Administration Manager to support the team in delivering exceptional service.
You will be an advocate of continuous improvement, identifying ways to make processes easier and more efficient for the team.
You will be exposed to a variety of tasks, including: Providing direct support to the branch, including travel arrangements, client functions, and ad-hoc tasks.
Day-to-day oversight of the branch's administration operation, working closely with the administration team.
Coordinating and delivering staff requirements around training and branch development.
Skills and Experience that Will Lead to Success This busy, fast-paced role will suit a motivated individual who is comfortable under pressure and able to prioritise tasks.
Ideally, you will come from an administration or office management background.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous leadership experience, guiding and mentoring other staff.
Competency in office administration, including customer care, data reporting, and training staff.
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build rapport with others.
Business-level communication skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders and clients.
Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
