Recurring Giving Coordinator - Food ChampionsAbout the Role: The Supporter Engagement & Fundraising Department is responsible for three core functions within The Salvation Army - public awareness, public engagement, and raising income for TSA work and purpose.
What will your responsibilities be: Reporting to the Campaign Coordinator for the Foodbank Project, you will be responsible for day-to-day donor interactions and keeping them informed about the Food Champions fundraising programme and how donations support Kiwis coming to our food banks. Admin and maintaining database records of Food Champion supporters will ensure this programme can grow and there are funds available for our food banks.
There is an opportunity to be involved with the shaping of this new recurring giving programme. You will be working with the wider Campaigns team to coordinate, plan, and deliver national campaigns, including public awareness/engagement and fundraising appeals. Direct marketing, particularly digital online components and platforms, are the key drivers of donations for the Foodbank Project and for the Food Champions programme.
No one day will be the same in this role; as the Food Champions Recurring Giving Coordinator, you will provide a high level of administrative support to donors and ensure campaigns, promotions, and fundraising appeals are well planned and executed.

This role is permanent/full time/part time and hours worked will be 18.75 per week.
The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between $26 and $29.
