The Recruitment Partner will work with our business leaders across New Zealand and Australia to attract, source, assess and hire the right people to join us in our pursuit of our goals and vision.
This role will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles at Bendon including writing and posting ads, administering the ATS, screening, phone screening, reference checking and candidate care.
Much of our recruitment is volume based so experience in a fast-paced, competitive industry will be critical.
You will be seen as a partner and expert in your role and therefore will be asked for guidance and advice regularly.
As part of the Human Resources team, you will also contribute to our success by participating in a broad range of HR initiatives.
These could be (but are not limited to) generating reporting and data, delivering training, creating internal communications and rolling up your sleeves to help.
Being adaptable and proactive will be a key to your success.
To be successful you will have: End to end recruitment experience in a high-volume environment (min 2 years.)
A passion for recruitment and how it impacts an organisation.
Experience in candidate screening and interviewing.
An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships.
Hands on experience using and administering an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas to different audiences.
High level of attention to detail.
Can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
