Recruitment Manager – Legal

Details of the offer

You've likely read it before; companies offering the world on paper, yet the reality of the organisation's culture and role itself are rather underwhelming. This is different. My client is a team of talented, qualified legal recruitment professionals who consistently deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes for their clients. And most importantly, they have a blast doing it. Operating at an elite level, they hold themselves to high standards. They never stop listening to the market and they're constantly evolving. In everything they do, they strive to be the difference for their clients.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Right now, my client is looking for a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Whether you're an established Legal Recruitment Consultant, a Lawyer keen to transition your skills, or you're currently working within HR or talent acquisition in-house and looking to move to consultancy – what matters most is your drive to succeed. Entrepreneurial by nature and commercially aware, you'll be willing to put in the work to deliver first-class service to their nation-wide client base.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients nationwide
Build and maintain a talent pool of high-calibre legal professionals
Understand clients' strategic, financial, and hiring needs
Operate at speed and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Follow meticulous processes to ensure accuracy and success
Engage with clients and candidates to build meaningful connections
Skills Required:
Strong drive to succeed and entrepreneurial spirit
Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Excellent communication and people skills
Experience in legal recruitment, law, HR, or talent acquisition
A BIT ABOUT THE CLIENT
Their mission is simple: to provide the best legal recruitment consultancy service in Aotearoa. They believe in creating a culture of trust in a place where diversity of ideas is welcomed and where work/life balance is far more than just a catchphrase. When you join their small, but perfectly formed team, you'll discover that there's a magic that comes with working in an environment that is seriously high performance. It's a collective energy that is infectious. They love what they do, and they get results.
