About the role
This role reports to the Lead, People and Culture. You will implement a full-service recruitment function to enable the growth and talent strategy of the organisation. You will need to create recruitment policies and procedures as well as investigate and implement an application tracking system to manage and create talent pools.
Duties
Create a project plan to manage and implement the milestones
Execute attraction strategy
Facilitate and train hiring managers on new process
Develop acquisition strategies to enable for current and future growth
Manage change within the organisation regarding recruitment
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a favourable outcome
Skills and experience
You will be an experienced recruitment manager, who has previously set up an in-house recruitment function. You will understand recruiting and working within a Kaupapa-Maori organisation and will have strategies to attract and retain talent.
Previous recruitment leadership experience
Understanding of NZ Employment legislation
Remuneration and market knowledge
Experience leading change management
Working with iwi and other Maori organisations
Project Management skills working with other teams
Implementation of an application tracking software
